Daniel Huffman

Co-Founder & Principal Consultant

As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant Daniel is responsible for driving OMB’s vision and strategy, which focuses on providing highly effective solutions to clients while cultivating meaningful, lasting relationships.

With over a decade of diverse experience, Daniel brings with him a multi-disciplined, highly adaptive, and deeply analytical skill set. As a consultant, he has experience guiding projects and project teams within organizations ranging in size from small businesses to complex, multi-billion dollar financial services operations, and many in between.

His certifications include: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB).

Frederick Dean, Jr.

Co-Founder & Firm Administrator

Frederick Dean, Co-founder and Firm Administrator, is responsible for managing OMB’s back office and infrastructure requirements. If it’s IT, accounting, tax, or legal, Fred has it under control.

With over 30 years of experience in IT, tax and financial services, Fred’s knowledge guides OMB’s business strategies and internal procedures, providing a solid foundation for the company’s service offerings.

His certifications include: Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC-CFP) and Registered Tax Return Preparer (RTRP-IRS).

Megan Emhoff

Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Consulting

As Director of Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Consulting for OMB, Megan Emhoff is dedicated to executing the people-centric focus of OMB’s mission.

Megan is well versed in managing recruitment efforts and has demonstrated a unique ability to connect with candidates throughout the hiring process. Many of the candidates recruited by Megan have maintained long tenures and enjoyed great success in the roles they fulfilled. Her strengths, coupled with OMB’s technology and efficiency-driven approach, ensure higher than average recruitment success rates and talent of the highest caliber.

Brooke Clarke

HR Consultant

As Human Resources Coordinator, Brooke is responsible for a range of HR functions at OMB including payroll, full life-cycle recruiting, negotiating, and employee contracts and maintaining excellent relationships with both employees and clients in both the federal and commercial markets.

Brooke came to OMB with an experienced and varied skill-set, which makes her a great fit for a human resources professional. She has years of administrative experience as well as a life-long love of creating deep relational bonds with people from all walks of life. Brooke is currently working to complete several professional development courses in Human Resources Management.
